LIS British Studies, Summer 2010

King's College Maughan Library

The Southern Miss British Studies Program, one of the oldest and largest study-abroad programs in the United States, has offered an LIS British Studies course since 2007 that is based at King’s College in London and in Dalkeith Estate in Edinburgh.

In July 2010, 32 students from 17 different universities participated in the LIS British Studies course for 6 credit hours. Students visited various libraries, archives, and museums in London as well as Oxford, Stratford, Edinburgh, and Dunfermline, Scotland.
